Drawing on her lived experience with breast cancer and lymphoedema, Elle brings warmth, understanding, and a patient’s perspective to every session. Certified in Complex Physical Therapy (Casley-Smith Method), she is passionate about supporting others through massage, education, and compassionate care
Elle brings a rare and powerful perspective to her practice—drawing on both professional training and personal experience as someone living with lymphoedema after breast cancer. Her decision to enter the field was driven by a desire to better understand and manage her own condition, and now she uses that knowledge to support others on a similar path.
As a remedial massage therapist trained in oncology massage and the Casley-Smith Method of Complex Physical Therapy, Elle focuses on evidence-based care for people living with lymphoedema. She understands first-hand the physical and emotional challenges it can bring, and she works to create a space where patients feel truly understood, safe, and supported.
In addition to her clinical work, Elle has over 25 years of experience in the hairdressing industry and offers personalised guidance to individuals navigating hair loss. Her warm and empathetic approach helps people feel more confident in their appearance—further strengthening her commitment to whole-person care.
