
Ashley is registered Physiotherapist and is an Australian Lymphoedema Association accredited Lymphoedema Practitioner.
Ashley is passionate about restoring quality of life to individuals both during and after cancer treatment. Ashley’s practice includes the early monitoring and early intervention for Lymphoedema after treatment of cancer, and the treatment of musculoskeletal issues often associated with cancer treatments.
Ashley is also trained in the management of primary lymphoedema, lipoedema, and in the management of lymphoedema secondary to chronic venous insufficiency.

· Manual lymphatic drainage
· Enable NSW compression garment subsidy scheme prescriber
· Compression garment prescription.
· Holistic scar massage treatment for the oncology client,
· Active and passive massage techniques for cording/axillary web syndrome
· Techniques to improve shoulder and rib mobility and discomfort post treatment.
· Education for patients for self- scar care to promote scar healing and reduce symptoms associated with cancer surgery and radiotherapy
· Assessment and training of diaphragmatic breathing.
· DVA approved provider for Lymphoedema Physiotherapy
· Compression pump prescription for lymphoedema management.
· SOZO - Bioimpedance Spectroscopy (Ldeх)
· Exercise prescription.
· SIRA work cover approved provider.
POST GRADUATE TRAINING:
Certified Lymphoedema Therapist through the Australian Institute of Lymphoedema.
Ashley has completed the Casley- Smith Method of Complex Physical Therapy for the Assessment and Management of Lymphoedema (which is accredited by the Australian Lymphology Association).
Post graduate Masters degree in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy
This is awarded to Physiotherapists with advanced knowledge and skills in the area of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy (and this is in addition to the undergraduate Bachelor of Applied Science: Physiotherapy degree).
Restore Oncology Scar Specialist course training for oncology scar management.
Invited to be an attendee at the second Compression APAC Summitt held in Sydney in 2026 (by the international Lymphoedema framework, the Australian Lymphoedema Association, ALERT clinic and Medi Australia).
Ashley has vast range of experience in all aspects of physiotherapy as she has worked for over 20 years in both the private and public health sectors. Ashley’s practice has more recently been in cancer rehabilitation and musculoskeletal health (including neck pain, back pain, headache/migraine management and sports injuries). Ashley has also worked in a specialist vestibular clinic and has completed competency training and examinations in vestibular rehabilitation (ie. Vertigo) and balance rehabilitation.
